Connected beta

ai + agents

A working local prototype plus optional owner-configured connected tools, with clear limits on what each agent can do.

Status and evidence

The working prototype demonstrates local AI workloads. Focused helpers and provider-backed tools remain optional connected beta.

  • A compact LLM runs locally on the working dual-ESP32-S3 prototype.
  • Focused helpers are limited to defined beta tasks.
  • Broader research, building, browsing, coding, and workspace tasks are unavailable.
  • No AI provider is bundled by default.

Oneira combines demonstrated local prototype work with connections an owner deliberately configures. Those are different promises: local prototype evidence does not make every provider or agent part of the hardware purchase.

Connected actions depend on compatible services, explicit credentials, permissions, internet access, and any separate provider terms or fees.

How an Oneira agent acts within the permissions you grantYour goal goes to the agent, which acts only on the integrations you connect and allow — such as Calendar, Notes, or GitHub — each access marked granted, then reports Done.Your goalDoneAgentgrantedCalendarNotesGitHubIt acts only on what you connect and allow.

Local prototype evidence

The working prototype partitions local AI and device workloads across two ESP32-S3 processors. Published copy does not identify the model, quantization, memory use, or performance because those measurements are not approved public facts.

Connected-agent boundary

Owner-configured providers and compatible tools are optional. An agent can use only the connections and allowed actions the owner sets up; universal service compatibility is not promised.

Questions

Does the Founding Unit include an AI subscription?
No. Oneira has no Oneira subscription, and optional providers, accounts, usage, and third-party fees are separate from the hardware purchase.
Can every agent browse, code, or change my accounts?
No. Broader research, building, browsing, coding, and workspace tasks are unavailable, and connected actions stay within explicitly configured services, credentials, permissions, and allowed actions.
